If you received a product and you decide you want to return it or exchange it, follow the below steps:
Call 1-(562) 714-1307 or email csr@eastvalefansandlighting.com.
Please use UPS ground or FedEx ground when returning your item. DO NOT USE USPS.
Please be sure to insure your return shipment. We are not responsible for your return should it become lost or damaged.
A refund will only be issued for the item less our initial shipping cost. The product must not have been installed and it must be in the original packaging with all parts intact.
A refund (less shipping cost) to the credit card used will be issued within 3 to 5 business days of receipt of returned product.
Please Note – After 30 Days there will be no refund or exchange.
*eastvalefansandlighting.com is not responsible for installation mistakes done by licensed or unlicensed installers. If a product purchased from eastvalefansandlighting.com was installed and has a factory defect, eastvalefansandlighting.com will replace the product at no charge to the customer. Although, eastvalefansandlighting.com will not cover any original or additional installation charges.
